Media Photography Bookings

Bookings must be submitted in advance — minimum seven days prior to the shoot.

Public Liability

All bookings require documentary evidence of Public Liability Insurance Cover that indemnifies QVB Property Pty Ltd against any claims for damage or injury arising from the activities. Minimum cover required $20 million AUD. Bookings will not be confirmed until this documentation has been received. PLEASE NOTE this document needs to be from your photographer/the business they work for.

Late Bookings and Changes

An application for Media Photography submitted at short notice may incur a late booking fee or be refused.

Any changes to the details of your booking can be made seven days prior to your booking with no additional fees.
